Founded in the year 2019, Elemental architecture & design consultants is a Guwahati-based architectural studio dedicated to Thoughtful Design and Timeless architecture.
Led by Principal Architect Amit Kumar Choudhary, the firm brings over 50+ projects of professional experience across residential, commercial, interior, and landscape projects following a strategic design process that focuses on human centricity.
At Elemental architecture & design consultants, we believe architecture begins at the most fundamental level- the elemental relationship between people, nature and purpose. Our work is rooted in Design principle, contextual understanding and creative clarity, resulting in space that are functional, enduring and emotionally resonant.

Our design process integrates passive strategies such as optimal orientation, natural ventilation, daylight optimization, and thermal comfort to reduce dependency on mechanical systems. We prioritize the use of locally sourced materials, energy-efficient technologies, and water management systems to minimize environmental impact while enhancing long-term performance.
We carefully evaluate lifecycle costs, durability, and maintenance considerations to ensure that sustainability extends beyond construction into the building’s operational future. Architecture, for Amit, is more than creating buildings-it is about designing spaces that enrich lives, inspire communities, and stand the test of time. As the Founder and Principal Architect of Elemental Architecture and Design Consultant, he is committed to deliver thoughtful, sustainable, and functional design solutions tailored to every client’s vision.
With a Bachelor of architecture degree from Shri Mata Vaishno Devi university in 2015 and a practical experience across residential, commercial, institutional, and infrastructure projects, He believe every project deserves a unique identity. His design philosophy combines creativity with technical precision, ensuring each space is aesthetically appealing, environmentally responsible, and highly functional.

At Elemental Architecture & Design Consultants, Ar. Sukanya Kakoti plays a pivotal role in shaping the firm’s creative vision and design excellence. As Co-Founder, she brings a thoughtful approach to architecture, combining innovation, functionality, and aesthetic sensitivity to create spaces that are both inspiring and practical.
Graduated from Royal Global university and a strong passion for design and a meticulous eye for detail, she believes that every project should reflect the aspirations, lifestyle, and identity of its users. Her collaborative approach ensures that each design is developed with a deep understanding of client needs while maintaining the highest standards of quality and professionalism.
